Honey-Glazed Sweet Potato Chips

2 (about 1 1/4 lbs.) – sweet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
2 T – butter or margarine, melted
2 T – honey
1/2 tsp. – ground cinnamon
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

Begin by preheating you oven to 400 degrees Farenheit.
Slice your sweet potato, as thin or as thick as you prefer.
In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter and honey. Toss your sweet potato slices in the mixture until they are evenly coated.
Lightly oil a baking sheet and arrange the sweet potato slices across the sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 4-5 minutes per side. Time may vary based on the thickness of your chips.
Sprinkle with cinnamon, salt, and pepper to taste, and enjoy!
