Honey-Glazed Sweet Potato Chips

  • 2 (about 1 1/4 lbs.) – sweet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 T – butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 T – honey
  • 1/2 tsp. – ground cinnamon
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste


  • Begin by preheating you oven to 400 degrees Farenheit. 
  • Slice your sweet potato, as thin or as thick as you prefer. 
  • In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter and honey. Toss your sweet potato slices in the mixture until they are evenly coated. 
  • Lightly oil a baking sheet and arrange the sweet potato slices across the sheet in a single layer. 
  • Bake for 4-5 minutes per side. Time may vary based on the thickness of your chips. 
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon, salt, and pepper to taste, and enjoy!
