Honey Roasted Carrots

  • 8 medium whole peeled carrots
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup honey
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste


  • Begin by preheating your oven to 350 degrees Farenheit.
  • Place the whole carrots in an oven-safe baking dish. Drizzle the carrots with olive oil, then mix until the carrots are evenly coated.
  • Once the carrots are coated in oil, add the honey, salt, and pepper. Mix again until coated. 
  • Place the seasoned carrots in the oven for about 30 minutes, or until the carrots are tender. If you prefer softer carrots, you can bake for longer.
